Steven L. Wasserman focuses his practice on corporate, real
estate and securities matters. He has substantial experience
with buying and selling businesses, real estate development, leasing
and financing, and complex shareholder and other business
disputes. He has also developed expertise in loan restructuring, workouts and financing alternatives for troubled real estate. Mr. Wasserman has served on the board of directors
and audit committee of a publicly-traded telecommunications
company and is the past chair of the Trial Techniques Committee
of the ABA Tort and Insurance Practice Section.
He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the American Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan
Bar Association where he serves as a Member of its Certified Grievance Committee. Mr. Wasserman also serves as a panel arbitrator for FINRA in securities disputes.

- Represents a regional Federal Savings Bank in land acquisition, mortgage financing, workouts and zoning matters.
- Represents one of the largest privately-held multi-family
real estate companies in the Midwest with over 5,000 residential
units.
- Represents owner and operator of largest residential apartment
community in the State of Ohio, including creation of strategic
plan for equity, construction financing and permanent loan
for project.
- Represents NYSE Financial Services Company and regional Broker-Dealers in regulatory
litigation and compliance matters.
